Executive Brain Functions and Cognitive Fitness Strategies for Success for ADHD & Autism!

This is a 3 hour workshop - $65 + HST

Participants of this program are eligible for a $25 discount for the Brain Gym® Basics Program and a $35 discount for the Brain Gym® 101 Certificate (recommended).

Research has found a reduced blood flow to the frontal lobe (part of the brain) of people with ADD/ADHD. As blood flow is an indicator of brain activity, a reduced flow in the frontal lobes suggests lowered functioning in this area. Since our frontal lobes are critical to the brains executive functions which affect our ability to achieve positive results in life, this is problematic.
