"I have been doing PACE (a sequence of Brain Gym® movements) every day since the training.  Since using the Brain Gym® movements, I find that I'm feeling more relaxed and positive about the day.  Sometimes it can be hard to feel energized on a Monday, but I'm finding that I have a more positive feeling about the week when I use the movements.  As well, I am able to fall asleep quicker.

What I liked most about the training was the hands on part.  I am a “hands on” learner, so being able to move around and practice the different Brain Gym® activities really supported my learning style."
