"The course was an excellent learning opportunity for me. The learning that stands out for me was to feel the "shifts" when we did the Brain Gym® exercises. Jill (the trainer) is a lovely person with a fountain of information. My favourite aspect of the course was practicing the movements. It has changed my life already! I can feel the shifts, am more confident, not always feeling like I am running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Last evening I ate poorly and today the one day I didn't do Brain Gym® in the morning before work I felt a huge difference. I was a beast this morning. As soon as I got to work and did PACE, I felt much calmer and able to face my day."
