COGNITIVE FITNESS TUNE UPS

Cognitive Fitness Brain Tune Ups are strategically used by organizations to engage and keep thier participants engaged during professional development events.  Some examples of strategic use are prior to keynotes, breakout sessions or to facilitate better networking opportunites and to support your audience/members in transitioning to a learning ready state.

They can be 10 to 15 minutes each for 2 or 3 breaks (30 minutes in total) through out your conference.    We wil introduce information on neuroplasticity and how a person can easily rewire thier brain for success!
